Lot of 35 photos from the early 1920s through the 1960s of mostly menand women in bathing suits. Various size snapshots, sepia, black and white. A fewhave scrapbook on the back

· AfricanAmerican woman in one-piece patterned bathing suit with her pet dog

· Small onewith black border, 2 men in those awful one-piece black swim suits, andlaughing woman.

· 1930s, 2 men(one in swimsuit) and women in the middle lying on stomachs in the sand—maybeon a paddle board.

· VineyardLake, July 4, 1934, older woman in white bathing cap, black one-piece big whitedog etc. canoe in the background as well as a cabin and arbor like structure.

· 2 women onthe beach, 1940s, one woman is wearing a sort of one-piece romper or it'smatching sleeveless shirt and shorts and hairband, straw basket, and blanket ather feet. The other (short, dark, curly hair) and sunglasses in a rumpledtwo-piece.

· Sepia, 1920sgals in one-piece swimsuits, bobbed hair, short hair, finger waved hair. Lyingon stomachs in sand, legs up. Looks like the boardwalk in background

· 1920s, 5pals at Neelys Park in bathing suits—some even more old fashioned than the erathey're in. 2 of the women are wearing…not sure what's on their heads. Strangelooking swim caps? One has a gigantic flower poking off the front of the cap.One man (towel around neck) has arm around one of the women. One guy has aone-piece suit that has stripes.

· Sepia, early1920s—possibly 1910s, a little blurry, 2 men in black one-piece bathingcostumes (one with pipe in mouth lying next to each other, propped up onelbows, but the big group of people behind them are all well-dressed—women inankle length skirts and men in shirts and slacks.

· 1930s, 3women standing on stand. It's hard to even describe their swim suits/clothes.The one at left has scarf on head, shorts, and the shirt looks more like just apiece of fabric jury rigged into a shirt. The one in the middle, short has on awhite bathing suit top (I think) and shorts. The last woman (hair up in two topknots that look like "hair horns"), is wearing a highly textured topand then it's short and skirt-like—might be all one piece. She has on sandals, theother two are barefoot.

· 1930s, 7 galpals and guy pals on grass in the mountains, all in bathing suits. One womanhas a towel over her head—a woman in a 2-piece has put a can of soda or beer onher head. Shading eyes, sunglasses, on blanket

· Super cuteone of 2 gals leaning forward as they are walking out of the water. This mustbe the flapper version of swimming. Both have on headbands with short, bobbedor finger-waved hair. One lady's one-piece suit has stripes on the top and darkshorts on the bottom. The other gal (dark hair) has on an interesting one piecewith a stripe across the front, a belt, and from the belt hangs a white purse.Tons of people in the water in the background.

· 2 happycouple on beach, 3 wearing sunglasses. One man in hideous stretchy bottoms,wife (and the other wife) in dark one-piece suits, one ruched, other guy inwhite t-shirt. House in background.

· Big group ofpeople in bathing suits at large pool and some other swimming shots.

· 3 women, onin 2-piece, one in what looks like a short romper, and the other looks likeshe's wearing an interesting top and capris.

· 3 men on thebeach and a Schlitz beer can

· Big group ofpeople on the beach goofing around

· 3 1920swomen all in weird swim caps
