His name is A.J. O\'Malley, is shown in Full Uniform wearing a Stetson style hat, presented in a beautiful brown folio style presentation
The folio measures open 14 1/4\" wide x 11\" tall. Photo part shown is approximately 4\" x 6\" attached underneath oval.
The upper left outside has flowers and an urn? embossed into it.
It looks amazing and would make a highlight piece for any Boy Scout collection.
