This is a fantastic and vibrantAntique Old Early Hawaiian Pre-Statehood WPA Oil Painting on canvas, depicting several beachgoers on the sands of the Kingdom of Hawaii, near Diamondhead, as this painting likely dates to the 1920\'s - 1930\'s, based on the age of the canvas, the figures, the clothing, and their parasols which are depicted. This work shows several figures relaxing on the white sand beaches of Hawaii, as deep blue ocean waters surround the world-famous Diamondhead in the distance, which is a volcanic tuft cone on the coast of O\'ahu. This work is apparently unsigned, but perhaps you recognize the artist? Approximately 30 x 41 inches.Good condition for nearly a century of age, with light scuffing to the canvas, craquelure, and moderate edge wear throughout (please see photos.)
