This plate isninthissue in The Firebird collection.The Firebird collection is the result of atriumphant collaboration between the artisans of Palekh, masters of the Russianlacquerware, and the skilled craftsmen of the Leningrad Porcelain Factory - theworld famous manufactory founded more than two hundred years ago by thedaughter of Peter the Great, as the Imperial Porcelain Factory of St.Petersburg. The plates were each created by master artists from a true Palekhlacquer original painted in minute detail.
