This battery pack uses only 8 replaceable alkaline D cells to operate all tube model Trans-Oceanics. This includes the G500, H500, the complete 600 series, 7G605, and 8G005. It will also operate Zenith Universals 5G601, 6G001, 6G004, 6G501, 6G505, 6G601, 6G605, and 5G500R. There is also a plug output for the dial light on the 600 series. Other receiver brands include the Hallicrafters TW-1000 and TW-2000, RCA 3BX671 and 3BX672. Battery life is about 70 to 75 hours of normal use depending on receiver type and condition. Also there is no 90 volt B supply present on the output pins until the unit is plugged in and the receiver turned on. NIMH rechargeable D cells may also be used. Operate your receiver without the noise of the AC power line. If you are not happy with this battery pack simply return it for a full refund including your shipping charges. Batteries not included.
