This is avellum 1792 indenture deed for 19 acres, 21 perches of land in Montgomery County going from Peter Richards (Ironmaster) of Hereford Township, Berks County, Pa. to Conrad Fegely (Blacksmith) of Douglass Township, Montgomery County Pa. Fifty seven pounds seven shillings and ten pence was paid for the land in lawful money of Pennsylvania. Original wax seals as shown. Clear writing and signatures. Nice indenture with no major rips or tears; just typical staining for this 232 year old document and a little roughness at the bottom border. The wavy cut security edge at the upper border is evident. Overall, a nice early Indenture Deed from 1792. It measures about 28” wide by about14” highandfolds up to about 7” high by 7” wide.
