This exquisite antique clock case is a true gem for collectors and enthusiasts alike. Crafted in France, it features a stunning marble finish and is adorned with intricate bronze details. The clock has a porcelain dial that adds to its elegance and makes it a perfect addition to any decor.

The clock has some condition issues. There is no key to test the movement or chime. There is no pendulum and the bell for the chime is in the case but not attached to the mechanism. .The case has multiple repaired breaks to the marble both on top and in front, and a missing piece of marble on lower light corner and the top’s back right corner. It has a beautiful porcelain dial with glass bezel, it has lovely bronze mounts, on sides and top and 4 rosettes on case front. The mechanism is really a mystery as far as function goes, assume it is a parts clock as I did at purchase. Lots of good, some bad. Purchase it as is as a project or for the parts you need for another restoration, or a lovely piece of antique decor, working or not. This Napoleon III style mantle clock is a must-have for anyone who appreciates antique decor and wants to add a touch of sophistication to their living space.
