Old antique bottle.
This is an empty bottle with no alcohol.Raised lettering :

\" London England \"9\" tall, including the glass stopper.
3 3/8\" wide, side to side.
2 13/16\" deep, front to back.The original paper labels are partially present.
Front label includes the Boar\'s Head and \" Est. 1769 \".
Rear label with the date \" Dec 22nd. 1908 \" at the upper-right corner of the label.Research shows that this bottle, with this shape and this label, was made between 1914-1920.
Over 100 years old.---------Gordon’s London Dry Gin was developed by Alexander Gordon, a Londoner of Scottish descent. He opened a distillery in the Southwark area in 1769, later moving in 1786 to Clerkenwell.
Legend has it that, long, long ago, a member of the Gordon clan saved the King of Scotland from a wild boar when out hunting. Ever since, the Gordons sported a boar\'s head on their coat of arms.
Alexander Gordon\'s London Dry Gin proved successful. It has been distilled for more than 250 years, and its secret recipe handpicked juniper berries and other botanicals has remained unchanged even to this day.--------The glass is in good condition.
