This card andis one in a series of 50 cardsissued in Canada by theIMPERIAL Tobacco Company of Canada. One card was insertedwith their packs of Cigarettes during 1912. The Series is entitled“Prominent Men of Canada”and is listed in Burdicks AmericanCard Catalogue as series C64. Eachcard depicts an image of a significant political figure (Member of Parliamentect.) at the time of issue . Theback features fairly detailedinformation about the person and their place in Canada’s History. The particular one is #33 from the series andfeatures ROBERT ROGERS . The card measures 2 11/16 inches by 1 5/8 inchesapproximately. The card does have some corner wear but is free from creasing I have scannedthe cards front and back fairly large for you to be able to judge condition foryourself.
