1919 (1916 base) California Porcelain Passenger License Plate # 536676. Condition as seen in photos-- chips and missing the year tab-- has all four original grommets--and priced accordingly. CA began issuing these blue on white porcelain plates in 1916 with number 1. The number on this plate was issued in the last year that they did these and that was 1919.
