This is an antique/rare 1920(s) Thorens single claw lighter in exceptional condition considering it's age and what it's been through. A little back story, my grandfather gave me this a long time ago. I'm not a collector and had no idea how popular these are until the last couple yrs. I've kept this in my safe and every now and then pulled it out when the light shined off the silver. My grandfather bought this overseas while in the Army during WW2. I love old stuff, especially well crafted older mechanical things. I have never replaced anything on it, it's exactly as it was given. According to a few collectors that have looked it over it looks to be all original.... and of course in perfect working condition!
