It\'s so named becauseof the button mechanism used to open and close the top door. It\'s consideredone of the milder Gems, and would make an ideal starter razor for someoneseeking to break into single edged shaving. The head portion is made of solidbrass with nickel plating. It\'s been thoroughly cleaned, polished and sanitized,and is ready for use. It\'s in great mechanical condition. You\'ll find a bit of corrosion to the metal, front portion of the handle. Naturally this doesn\'t effect the shaving experience. Single edge blades for this razor are easily found online,or in the shaving sections of many local drug stores.
