• The hardcover book measures9" x 6", with 208 pages. There'sa large map of the entire U.S., drawn on a scale of 1:4,560,000, or 72miles to theinch. It shows roads, cities, towns, airports, and natural features.
• There are 15 handsome state and regional maps, each ofwhich opensto a generous 35" x 23", and is beautifully illustrated on the reverseside.
• All of the maps fold up and fit comfortably in a sturdy,lidded plastic box, along with the book and a clear plastic"Mile-o-meter," used to measuredistances and driving times.
• The box itself measures 10" x 6½" x 3" and weighs a bitmore than 4 pounds when all of its contents are nestled inside.
