This is an original press photo. The world premiere performance of Andrew Lloyd Webber\'s Requiem will be telecast nationally Good Friday, April 5 at 9:00 PM ET on Great Performances over PBS. The performance features tenor Placido Domingo and soprano Sara Brightman in the first piece of music written in a classical form by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Also featured are boy soprano Paul Miles Kingston and conductor Lorin Maazel who leads the Winchester Cathedral Choir from England, the Saint Thomas Choir of New York and the Orchestra of St. Luke\'s. A preeminent composer for the musical theatre, Andre Lloyd Webber considers his Requiem his most personal composition. The concert was videotaped at its inaugural performance February 24 at Saint Thomas Church in New York, \"Andrew Lloyd Webber: Requiem\" is presented on Public television by WNET/Thirteen, New York. Great performances is made possible by a major grant from EXXON, additional funding is provided by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and public television stations.Photo measures 10 x 8.25inches.
