Blowout Cards ships worldwide via Global Shipping Program!

When finalizing payment for your order, Global Shipping will calculate shipping costs to you and generate two separate invoices. The first payment goes to Blowout Cards to pay for the item(s). The second payment goes to ’s Global Shipping Program to cover the international shipping cost and any import charges.
