The Roman Gladius Sword, with its typical styling, is a reminder of the power and prestige of the once great Roman Empire. Gladius swords have functional stainless steel blades, which are fully tempered, but they are primarily intended for use as collectibles and decorator pieces.

Beautiful sword for display. It doesn't have an edge, but it's clearly not made for battle either, though it does feel pretty solid. For the price it's a really nice piece. While the scabbard is a plastic type of material, it still looks good and has cast metal accent pieces. I would absolutely recommend it as a lower priced display item. I even pay postage to ship it to you.

Condition: used.

It has some small black marks on the back of the scabbard and two very small marks on the stainless steel blade near the hilt (on on each side). Please see pics #6 and #10 for details.
