Set of Four gorgeous Vintage Russian Wooden Khokhloma Spoons 7.5\", Hand Painted in Gold Red and Black, Lacquered. One is painted mainly in Red and Gold, has a small paint chip (see pic), three others are painted in black, red and gold. Ancient art of Russian Khokhloma craft has always been one of the most popular gifts and souvenirs. Absolutely mesmerizing golden glow of the lacquer is a long kept secret of layering silver pigment under a certain type of clear lacquer, the combination of which gives this amazing golden glow to the Khokhloma pieces. The spoons are in great condition. Each spoon measures approximately 7.5 inches long. See pictures.
