6 WW1 German Feldpost Darmstadt Germany 115th Infantry II Eskadron III Badiches:

Correspondence from a German soldier while he was in Darmstadt during WW1. His return address with what appears his rank and unit are on the top near the cancel, and there is a definite reference to \"Inf. Reg. 115 II Ers. Batt. III (Gamp?) which I believe to be the 115th Infantry Division,2.Eskadron/3. Badisches Dragoner-Regiment Prinz Karl Nr. 22 formed in April 1915 and fought on both the western and eastern fronts throughout the remainder of the war. I did not try to translate any of the correspondence.
Sent Feldpost which was restricted to military personnel only. The other unique thing about these post cards are that they show Darmstadt prior to it\'s nearly complete destruction by the controversial Allied bombing campaign during WW2.
The postcards are about 3.5 x 5 inches.
