The traditional Russian tea cup holders are “cup holder”, which means “pod” - under and “glass” - glass. Traditionally, it was used when traveling in tea carriages so as not to hold a hot glass with bare hands. It is made of material that does not rust and does not stain and is safe in the dishwasher.
Looks great at the dining table and in a glass display case
In everyday life, it is believed that an ordinary faceted glass, poured to a smooth rim "Maruskin belt", holds 200 ml, poured "flaked", that is, to the brim, - 250 ml. In the old Russian measures of the volume of liquid bodies (mainly official vodka), 1 garnet = 12 glasses = 1/4 of a bucket, that is, 3.28 liters, of which the volume of a glass is 273 ml.
