WHNE PLUGGED IN, AND SWITCH TURNED ON, THE GREEN LAVAL STARTS TO HEAR UP, AND STARTS MOVING PRETTY FAST. THE METAL BASE DOES HAVE SOME PAINT WEAR AROUND THE EDGES, AS PICTURED.
