Condition: SOME defects.The most common are a split seam no more than 3-4 inches or they may be missing a snap on the quick release, or they may have the end of the straps cut off to remove the load lifters,but they do have the majority of the strap as you can see in the pictures. The last three pictures will give you an idea of the defects.
