Thissale is for Amazing Spider-Man #160 by Marvel Comics in 1976. This features the first appearance of the Spider-Mobile. The approximate grade for this is as follows, but please study the pictures and make your own determinations.
At first glance at the front cover, this comic appears to be F+ to F/VF. The problem is that the back cover is both stressed and dirty.
