AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #194 VF+ 1st Black Cat! Marvel 1979

Very pretty glossy and clean black cover with staples and OW/W pages. There are a couple of spine creases that don’t break color (shown in photos) and definitely a high grade Newstand copy in the 8.0 or better range

Please refer to the photos and double check the grades for yourself! I believe I have done a good job photographing the books and highlighting any flaws, and assigning grades, but I am happy to answer any questions or send more photos if you ask.
