Photos / Condition: The postcard which is shown on the photo(s) is the postcard which you will receive. When purchasing a larger lot/group of postcards, each postcard which you are offerding on is shown in the photos so you can zoom in and take a close look at each and every postcard. If there is any damage which cannot be seen in the photo(s), I will state that damage in the \"Condition\" section of the item description. As I offer mainly postcards which are 75-100+ years old, it is reasonable to expect that most postcards of that age and era will not be in perfect condition.
offerding / Watching: I encourage buyers to review my listings for a 7-10 day period at a time. I allow my buyers 10 days in which to make payment and, in view of the USPS continually increasing the cost of shipping, buyers would realize greater savings by taking advantage of the Combined Shipping Discount.
Combined Shipping Discount: I do offer the combined shipping discount on multiple purchases. Up to 10 postcards can be mailed together for a cost of $2.60 to the buyer -- 11 to 17 postcards can be mailed together for $3.50 -- 18 to 41 postcards can be mailed for $3.95. I allow my buyers up to 10 days to make payment which allows the buyers more time to group together their purchases and save more money through the combined shipping discount. Your purchases should be paid for on the 10th day following your initial purchase in the group - or - when the total postcards purchased reaches 60. Each invoice on multiple purchases will reflect the combined shipping discount. In order to receive the combined shipping discount all purchases must be paid for on the same date so they can be shipped in the same mailer.
Shipping Cost: We are happy to offer a lower shipping cost for purchases of 1 to 3 (inclusive) postcards in one mailing to the buyer of $1.30. 4 to 10 postcards have a shipping cost of $2.60 - 11 to 17 postcards have a shipping cost to the buyer of $3.50 - 18 to 41 postcards have a shipping cost of $3.95. Your postcards will be mailed in a safe manner. Postcards will be in protective sleeves and inserted in a plastic rigid top loader and enclosed either in a cardboard mailer or poly bag. PLEASE NOTE: Packages at the $1.30 shipping cost do not appear to have the same priority with the USPS and in many cases, do not meet \'s \"estimated delivery date\". Once you receive an invoice for your items, but would prefer better tracking at the $2.60 (+) shipping cost, please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice reflecting the change in shipping cost. The USPS does not scan for tracking the $1.30 packages.
The invoice for 1 to 3 postcards will state $1.30 shipping cost until the 4th postcard is purchased. Payment should not be made for purchases until I have sent the invoice for the total number of postcards purchased. When purchasing up to 3 postcards in order to receive the $1.30 shipping fee, ALL POSTCARDS (1, 2 or 3) MUST (!!) BE paid for in ONE SINGLE PAYMENT.
Having the highest rating as a seller, I am held to a higher standard. One of \'s requirements for sellers of this higher rating is that we cannot \"hold\" postcards. Once I receive notification of your payment I MUST mail your postcards in the next mail pick-up.
\'s Estimated Delivery Date: gives buyers an estimated delivery date for receipt of their items. In some cases the date given is not sufficient taking into consideration the USPS is continually opening new regional centers, weather issues, etc. If you have not received your item within several days after \'s estimated delivery date, please let me know. I do include tracking with every package of postcards I mail and I will work with you and the USPS until you have received your package.I pride myself with quality postcards, timely shipping, safe packaging, and good communication with buyers.
