ANART - JAPAN We are delighted to offer for sale a unique figurine (stamped on the bottom - double-crossed feathers)
The details and the theme seem to coincide with German maker - KALK. This may be attributed the work of an artist Erich Stauffer :..... designed by Erich Stauffer and made to resemble the popular Kalk figurines of Pre-War Germany.
The footed basket (uniquely resembling a shell) features random flooms as well as relief roses and leaves - with gilded edging. You can almost hear the melody as cherub\'s fingers working the strings -
