Rare miniature pair of authentic Art Deco era cast metal bookends / paperweights of nude women with verdigris applied patina, very much influenced by Frankart. Pair was originally sold in what appears to be an early 1910 - 20s Chinese shop of Paul Lau, San Francisco, CA, having the original label on bottom of one with it\'s original green felt. The matched second has a new dark brown felt added recently. Terrific, unusual pair. Unfortunately didn\'t check inside for a signature first. I\'ve sold an authentic green verdigris nude female Frankart lamp before & the finish on this pair is exactly the same. Have not researched .. however, these are authentic Art Deco era rarities.

Condition: minor age related flaking to the applied verde patina. Overall great original 3 1/2\" Inches
