Adorable Young Boy Freckles Holding Case Identified 1/6 Plate Daguerreotype T275:

This daguerreotype features an adorable young boy with freckles identified as James E. Craig. James wore plaid trousers and held a daguerreotype case. His face was tinted and his hair was styled perfectly to the side.
The 1/6 plate has been partially resealed by a previous owner and the case measures about 3.25 x 3.75 inches. Most of the dust specks are on the glass and not the plate itself. The faint vertical scratch in the upper left corner is also on the glass.
