So this is one of the more interesting things I've come across.  I recently purchase a box of comics from the 50's and 60's.  As far as my research has gone, i can't find this for sale anywhere.

On top of it being INCREDIBLY RARE, it's in very nice shape.  I did research on this and found out that Timely (later Marvel) produced this, and allegedly Stan Lee wrote it.
