Handmade American Eagle wall plaque. I believe the eagle is resin based attached to thin metal surface and backed by corkboard or something similar. The plaque has a picture frame hook and hangs with the wings at the top and the eagle claws at the bottom. The piece is 10 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide, and .25 inches deep.
