Shipping Policy

We primarily use the US Postal Service for both US and international shipments and they’re service is very reliable and cost effective. We also offer UPS shipping on select items.

International Shipments: We ship Worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying.

We’d really like to offer free shipping on everything we sell, but unfortunately we can’t. On select items we do offer free shipping, but on all other items we set the shipping charges as close as possible to what we pay for shipping so we can offer you the lowest shipping cost possible.

Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to take the item back and refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you return a product, the item must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Please make sure all original packaging, tags, instructions, literature, etc. is included with the item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.
