Here we have a 18th century 1700’s revolutionary era knife. This knife is in very good antique condition, very little corrosion or pitting on the blade. see photos. The handle is horn, in great antique shape , with some scratching about an inch from the pointy end. The pins holding the knife together are strong, they do not wiggle at all.

Knife measures 8 inches point to point when fully opened, about 6.25 inches inches long when fully closed. The curved blade is about 3 inches straight across the curve . See photos. Blade would have been hand-forged on the American east coast, held together with forged iron pins. The knife’s horn grip is in original , though worn condition, with nice patina and antique appearance see photos.
