Book was compiled by anassociation of writers and edited by Edward E. Atwater. Copyright 1887 by W.W.Munsell & Company, printed in New York by The Evening Post Job PrintingOffice. Book has 702 pages and was bound in publisher's 3/4 leather binding. Pageedges are gold-gilt.
