You are offerding on this Antique Circa 1910-1920 Pre-Prohibition Era Beer Stein with Inlaid Porcelain & Pewter Lid. The stein is Heavy Pressed Glass and measures 7 1/4\" high to the tip of the thumblift. Inlaid lid is marked Mc Avoy\'s Kloster-Brau Alma Mater \"Not Made In Germany\" with image image of Child holding a Beer Bottle. The \"Not Made In Germany\" statement refers to the Anti-German Sentiment during World War One. The stein is in Very Good Clean Condition with no damage or repair. The vertical paneled glass is clean and clear and there is no damage to the porcelain disc. The lid is very secure with very little side to side movement. I believe this beer was from the Chicago area.
