I am not an expert at antique photos. This is from an estate. It is in a hard carved case. There is some damage to the case. Please see photos. The case measures 3-3/4" x 3-7/16 x 3/4". The photo measures 2-3/4" x 3-1/4" - this measurement includes the gold trim. The man has sharp wide eyes. The velvet is royal green and in really good condition. From a smoke free home.
