Antique Doulton Burslem England Flowers & Birds Plate 9” Inches:

A delightful scalloped plate decorated with flowers, thorned roses, buds and seeds. As you look at the plate center, you will see four fat little birds perching. The colors are very complementary, a lot of enameling to highlight edges with dustings of gold, almost cloud-like. The plate edge is complete and still gilded, no chips or cracks detected. The Doulton Burslem with Crown backstamp is present and a hand drawn C 1288. Please review the photos carefully and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks so much for looking.
