This oil on canvas painting is from France and dates to the mid to late 1800's. It is of the Virgin Mary. The painting itself is in excellent condition and very well executed. The frame appears to be original and shows minor signs of wear. Note the chips in the frame and slight cracks (see photos) Dimensions: 28.75" tall, 23" wide and 2.5" thick in its frame.
