This ornament is one of the most sought after Christmas decorations made in Germany in the 1920s. They were famous for their wood and composition ornaments, toys and candy containers. This little piece is two traditional dancers, joined with their wooden arms. They are made from composition, and hand painted. They are hard to find in this condition. Thhis one is complete with no missing parts; the features are good, as is the paint. Even the little woman\'s skirt is good, and still green. It is about 3 1/4\" tall, and unmarked. It has had a bit of \"biopredation\" I think. There are some little holes, that I suspect were made at some point by bugs. They aren\'t there now, but there are still the little holes!
