Antique Half Plate Metal Mattes for Daguerreotype Ambrotype Tintype Photos:

There are five mattes measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" along with two pieces of glass.
Three of them are sturdy metal, the other two are thinner copper.
The full copper edged matte has one of the pieces of glass in it.
There are two smaller mattes for sixth plate size images.
The raised cardboard piece fits into the larger half plate mattes.
