According to search results, this lovely, unique vase appears to be an Antique American Brilliant Cut Crystal Flower Carafe, made of heavy lead crystal around the early 20th century. It could also be used as a bud vase, or for small flower arrangements as the neck is 1.25" inner diameter with a 2" inner mouth rim diameter, and 3" diameter outer mouth rim. There are no chips, or cracks, but there are scuff marks on the bottom from age, and some small scuffs on the side - see photos.
