WOOD RULE, LOGGING CALCULATING STANLEY No. 46 1/2
A four - sided, 7/8\" wide, 24\" , 2 feet long hardwood (maple) calculating stick with brass ends ( 1 brass end missing )
1. I notice from viewing other examples that my missing brass end is round with a coin edge to grip. I was going to fit, attach, a old brass coin for replacement, but did not get around to doing it.2. ALL 4 SIDES, still have the original varnished surface,,, ALL numbers are CLEARLY VISIBLE,, no scratches, or scrapes exist. NO distorting of the numbers exist. No worn areas exist. Condition of the wood and numbering would be considered EXCELLENT. Straight no warping.
