Antique Parian Ware 'Una and the Lion' Miniature Figure Paperweight c1890. Minty! A fine Parian miniature study of Una and the Lion from Edmund Spenser's 'Faerie Queene', 1590. In 1839 a gold £5 coin was produced depicting the young Queen Victoria as Una, the lion being symbolic of Britain. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Unmarked. Height 4.1”
