Antique Portrait 3 Generations Large Cabinet Card Photo Identified Family Mills?:

Beautiful family portrait taken by Morrison out of Billings, MO. This turn of the 20th century photo is an interesting look at what appears to be three generations of a family- a grandfather, grandmother, father, mother and two children. The little boy is holding back a smile, but tbh everyone else looks like they want to fight you, lol.

Photo does identify subjects on back as “Bob Mills (Carrie) and Family however, I’m not 100% certain I’m reading that correctly. I am fascinated by this group enough that I did some brief research and wasn’t able to find much to link a Bob Mills to Billings, MO easily. That said, I could be misreading? Or Bob Mills was a later descendant not in photo?

There are some surface scratches on the photo itself as shown. In addition, heavy wear to card on edges, sides with stains and folds and spots as shown. There are a few gouges in the photo itself which I tried to capture but they do mostly appear in the background and don’t go beyond surface.

Measures approximately 11 x 10” for the entire card, shot in landscape orientation. Will be shipped from a smoke free home. Thank you for looking!
