Damaged Items: If your item is damaged - it likely will not need to be returned. However, there are things necessary for refund. Take several photos of the item, with the original packaging - showing the damage. This must be sent to me, via Messages to document the damage - so that I can make a claim. You will get a refund when this is completed - usually the same day photos are received. Please take clear in-focus photos. Damaged items need to be reported ASAP - not within 30 days...30 days is for a \"return\", not a damaged item.
Handling Time: This is when your item is due to ship. It requires 2 full business days to put your item in the mail. This does not included weekends, or postal holidays. Most the time, they will go sooner, but we have a \"buffer\" of this time frame.
