This is an antique relic of Saint Faustina, Virgin and Martyr.
It is labeled “S. Faustinae V. M. - Saint Faustina Virgin and Martyr”
Saint Faustina relics are quite scarce.
The reliquary measures 1 1/2” x 1” x 1/2”. Of note is the beautiful BEVELED QUARTZ. Incredibly, the clear window on the front of the relic was made from a beautifully polished, natural, crystal clear polished Quartz… all done by hand before electricity! Incredible!!
