Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine 6 Pillar 8-Day Mantle Clock. Handsome early 20th century clock. 6 celluloid columns are bracketed by faux green marble Adamantine. Brass Lions heads adorn the case ends while it sits atop decorative bronzed feet. The case, dial, brass door and bezel and metal hands are all in great condition, as is the original domed glass. Note: the hinges are a bit loose so door swings with a sag and needs to be assisted to set snugly back on the latch. The “89” movement was cleaned and oiled and runs great. Gong sounds once on the half hour and chimes out the hours. Gong is solid and warm sounding!
Comes with the original pendulum Bob and double sided key.
