Hello everyone today I have something I picked up from an estate sale and have been debating on keeping for myself but I know I can’t keep it all so here we go …..I have for you today a beautiful large silver plate crucifix that’s very nicely detailed , I’m not sure what the base metal is under the silver plating , this is a finely detailed crucifix with Jesus himself having quite a bit of detail on his own , this has some weight to it it’s 2 pounds without packing material and box , there’s a screw on the back that holds Jesus to the cross , towards the bottom of the backside of the crucifix there are markings which read “ J B 1935 “ , I see very little ware to this piece it’s in great condition it still has a small ring/loop so you can hang it on the wall , the last photo I provided was something I found when I googled but you be the judge ,the measurements are as follows approximately 15 inches tall x approximately 8 inches wide . Please look at all photos closely and ask me any questions you may have , this is an antique /vintage and not something brand new so it will have some wear and tear/bumps & bruises so with this said this item is sold as is where is .
