A wonderful Spanish colonial carved wood figural group of the Holy Family which includes the Virgin Mary, the Christ child, and Saint Joseph; 19th Century. This set was likely apart of a devotional altar piece. The figures are in good condition overall for age with a nice patina. Each with wear to surface/paint, scattered losses to figures, losses to some feet and arms, worn areas from handling during veneration, old nail repairs, etc. Please all photos for condition. Note that the Christ figure will not stay standing but can be propped up or attached to a stand. Such a lovely set to add to your collection!
