Large Antique Victorian Floral Arched Wood Frame Convex Bubble Glass 19”x13” For Sale

This is a gorgeous, very ornate, Victorian picture frame with a convex/ curved, “bubble” glass.
It features a floral design, colored with red and blue and orange, highlighted with gold.
The main color of the frame is hard to describe… It seems like a very dark bluish, grayish blackish.
The outer measurements are 19“ x 13“.
The subject in the portrait is a beautiful baby, wearing jewelry.
There is some (what I would call minor) chipping damage to the edges of the frame, which is to be expected for a piece of this nature and age. I will highlight this damage in my photos. In my opinion, it detracts very little from the appearance of this piece. There are some scratches around the outer sides of the frame, which should not be noticeable when hung. Again, see photos.
The glass is in perfect condition with no cracks or chips.
The portrait underneath does have a watermark on the left side. See photo.
I did not remove the back to see if there were any dates or names, etc.
There is a cord in the back for hanging.
