For your consideration is an Antique Mezza Filigrana Art Glass Brides Bowl. This is a very unique piece. It is a white satin glass with a thin tight spiral Mezza Filigrana ( ribbon) in the glass. I have not found another like it. Most likely it is made in America (possibly Bohemian or Italian). It has a concave ground and polished pontil that I could not capture well in the photos. There is a small piece of "Extra" White glass in the bottom near the side visible in the photos. It is not on the surface but rather inside the glass.Be sure to check out my store for other additional matching pieces as well as other greatvintage and antique glass items.
