The negative response I received is an inaccurate representation of how I do business.

I do not offer free shipping as is clearly stated in my listings 3 times. Buyer asked for a shipping quote which was provided to him after he agreed on the price of the item (saved in messages). Nothing changed. I do not collect the shipping cost, it is paid to an independent shipper.

Shipping is not FREE, please get a shipping quote. *You will receive an invoice from after the sale for payment, although the shipping cost will say "zero" it does not mean shipping is free.”

Description:

Antique Bradley and Hubbard brass lamp with a jeweled shade, 27” tall. Please check wiring before use. If you need additional information or pictures, please email me.

Shipping:

I do offer pickup at my store if it is possible. For items going by freight, I will provide the buyer with recommended shippers. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense and are paid to the trucking company directly. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact them for the cost and delivery time. I will email the buyer when the item or items have been picked up by the shipper.

For items that can be sent by UPS, I will take them to The UPS Store to be packaged and shipped at the buyer's expense and will email when I have taken it there. It is then the responsibility of the buyer to call The UPS Store to get a time frame and cost for packaging and shipping and pay them directly. It is located in Rhinebeck, NY 12572.

I show mulitiple views of each item and give measurements to assist you in making a decision to purchase.
